We intended this healing meditation mainly as a complementary therapy for the autoimmune and allergic diseases. The number of people affected by the disorder of their immune system has incredibly increased over the past few decades. There are many different types of autoimmune disorders. Their exact cause is not identified by medical science yet. It occurs when a self-destructive process is started in which the “army of our immune system” turns against our own organs and tissues. As a result, the concerned organ system can be severely damaged. These diseases can include the deficiency and over activity of the thyroid gland (Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis and Basedow’s disease), Multiplex Sclerosis, SLE (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus), Rheumatoid arthritis, Diabetes, Ulcerative Colitis, Crohn disease, Sjögren syndrome, polymyositis, dermatomyositis, vitiligo, vasculitis, irritable bowel syndrome, Primery biliary cirrhosis, Guillain-Barre syndrome, Myasthenia gravis etc, many more.
In cases of the allergic processes there is an excessive immune response to a certain external agent which causes a severe suffering to the person’s own body as well. Such are the cases of eczema, psoriasis, allergic rhinitis, asthma, food allergies, lactose intolerance and coeliac disease. Those concerned will surely recognize their disease among these. The use of the usual steroid and antihistamine treatments is very hard on the body and they can have many side effects. That is why we wanted to share a way of supplementary therapy by which we can help the recovery by spiritual and energetic means as well.
In this special meditation we will firstly explore the reasons behind the disorder of the immune system, the psychosomatic background and the original trauma that initiated the disease. Then we can discover what kind of cell-level processes were started within us as a result and how the “dysfunctional code” was born, which reprogrammed the direction and working of our immune system. Then finally we turn this faulty inner mechanism around in a multilevel spiritual healing and recode each element of our defense system with fine vibrational qualities that support our health and harmonic function.
